| Exciting opportunity for a Organisational Analyst to work for an excellent hospital located in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia. My client are the largest healthcare organisation in the Kingdom. Your prime function will be to assist in the evaluation of proposed or existing organisational structures and systems. Responsible to assist in reviewing and dissemination of administrative policies and procedures and official forms. Provide assistance to organizers and conducts workshops for directorates/departments related to organisational development. Perform studies as requested to analyse impact or proposed organisational changes on mission of the department/area. Includes impact of adding new staff, new areas of functions or modifying and eliminating reporting relationship. Collaborate in the comprehensive database maintenance on current approved organisational charts as well as approved official forms. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The successful Organisational Analyst should have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Health Administration. A minimum of six (6) years of progressive health care experience and experience in organisational development. PACKAGE:
