| Position is Located in SAUDI ARABIA and will require relocation for the duration of the employment. SUMMARY:
Responsible in planning, directing and coordinating phases of works through functional supervisory personnel, assigned activities with various work groups and ensuring maintenance of structures, facilities, and associated systems for Belt Conveyor. Participate in the conceptual development of the project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation in conformance with all standards and specifications. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Ensure that phases of works for Belt Conveyor System areas are well planned; coordinated and all available resources are fully utilized in close interaction with other construction groups, supervisors and or subcontractors.
2. Ensure all activities and related requirements are attended such as; assembling and controlling the required manpower resources, equipments, materials and tools required to ensure that all work groups are properly guided and perform the expected efficiency and productivity to complete the assigned scope.
3. Inspects work in progress to ensure conformity with the required Quality Assurance/Quality Control specifications and requirements, Method Statements, Industry Codes, Saudi Aramco Standards and Procedures including compliance with all Safety regulations, standards and Client’ specifications.
4. Advises Project Manager in determining and procurement of tools/materials to be delivered at certain period to cope with the schedule and planned workloads; including request for necessary equipment and or machine to carry out priority works. SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs supervision with precaution and safety awareness and while supervising others, has the responsibility in ensuring their compliance with the established safety policies and procedures WORK EXPERIENCE: With 10 to 15 years significant construction experience in the field of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plants, with 5 years background in the construction management/supervision for Belt Conveyor System. Should have strong structural and mechanical familiarity in the design, module and installation of various components e.g., electrical motors, idlers, rollers, pulleys, rubber belts, drives, diverters, hoists, etc. and various materials and equipments supplies.
