Most CVs start with a profile section and a lot of people have great difficulty with this section. This isn't so surprising because you need to get the balance right; and this in itself is easier said than done. You have to sell yourself, but you only have a very short space to make an immediate impact.
If you struggle with this part of your CV (and you wouldn't be alone) then you should seek assistance. This is particularly important if the first page isn't as good as it should be, because if the first page is not up to the mark, or even if the first part of the first page does not meet the grade, then the employer will probably not get as far as the second section let alone the second page.
